Three-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

This chocolate peanut butter fudge is an easy, no-bake dessert that's perfect for when you're craving something sweet but don’t want to compromise your low-carb goals. The combination of peanut butter and cocoa is rich and indulgent while the sweetener keeps it guilt-free!
YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and cocoa powder.
Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the peanut butter is melted and everything is well combined.
Stir in the powdered erythritol until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a small dish lined with parchment paper or silicone molds.
Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm.
Slice into small pieces and enjoy!
