This baked salmon recipe is packed with flavor from fresh herbs, lemon, and garlic. It's perfect for a low-carb, high-protein dinner, and it's so easy to make. The salmon is tender, moist, and full of healthy fats from the fish, making it both nutritious and satisfying.
YOU WILL NEED:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon (zested and juiced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the fillets with the lemon herb mixture, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and garnish with additional fresh herbs and a lemon wedge for extra flavor.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with a side of roasted vegetables like asparagus, zucchini, or a fresh green salad.
This Lemon Herb Baked Salmon is a quick, healthy, and low-carb dinner that’s packed with fresh flavors and perfect for any night of the week.
