Low-Carb Pepperoni Pizza

Enjoy a crispy, cheesy, and delicious low-carb pepperoni pizza that satisfies your cravings without the carbs! This recipe features a simple almond flour crust that’s keto-friendly and packed with flavor. Perfect for a quick dinner or meal prep option.
YOU WILL NEED:
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
¾ cup almond flour
1 large egg
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp salt
For the Toppings:
½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
20-25 slices of pepperoni
½ tsp dried oregano (optional)
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat Oven & Prep Pan Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
Make the Crust
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together in 20-second intervals, stirring until fully combined.
Add the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Shape & Bake the Crust
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a 10-12 inch circle (or your preferred shape).
Transfer the crust onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden.
Assemble the Pizza
Spread sugar-free pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
Bake Again
Return to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve & Enjoy
Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
Sprinkle with oregano or red pepper flakes if desired.
