Crunchy Parmesan Zucchini Chips

Made with fresh zucchini, a light coating of parmesan, and a touch of seasoning, they’re baked to crispy perfection. Whether you need a quick snack or a flavorful side, these chips deliver on crunch and taste without unnecessary carbs.
YOU WILL NEED:
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Olive oil spray
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the zucchini into thin, even rounds.
In a bowl, mix parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Lightly spray the zucchini slices with olive oil and coat them in the parmesan mixture.
Arrange the coated zucchini slices on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving.
