• Is this program covered by my insurance?
- No, this program is a curated selection of services, support, lab-work that does not go through insurance.  It includes an all-inclusive comprehensive combination of 50+ different labs to get a more detailed picture of your current metabolic health status, 11 provider check-in visits, prescription options, food photo journal, portal access, resources and much more and not an ordinary check-in or single visit that you might have with your doctor or medical provider.  Should you have insurance, some features of the program may be able to be used in conjunction with your insurance such as prescriptions or supplement purchases.  This is solely dependent on your personal insurance benefits and cannot be guaranteed.  You may also be able use FSA or HSA benefits to cover program costs by adding the card details to your account prior to purchase.  Check with your insurance provider to confirm your FSA/HSA coverage.

• Where do I get my blood drawn for lab kit? 
- You will need to have your blood drawn from a company that is experienced with administering blood draws for third party companies.  Using the recommended blood draw facility Any Lab Test Now, you should expect the fee to be $35, but please be aware that their prices could change as they are separate company and unaffiliated with us.

• Where is Any Lab Test Now?
- There are many locations throughout the United States.  You can find the closest location to you by entering your zip code on their website, found HERE.

• How long is the Elite program?
- The Elite program covers 12 weeks with 2 flex weeks of comprehensive metabolic care and support following our curated and personalized transformation process.  The program is non-refundable and cannot be paused once the Program Kick Off & Lab Review Visit has taken place.

• When will I start the program?
- After securing your program spot you will be invited to complete internal onboarding paperwork.  This will provide us the information needed to set up your account and also order your test kit.  The test kit will be mailed out to you upon purchasing your kit, and you should receive it within 3-4 business days.  Once you have had your labs drawn you will be invited to schedule your Program Kick-Off & Lab Review Visit with the provider which you may schedule in as little as 7 business days.

• Can I get prescription medications during my consultation?

- Before any medications can be prescribed, the purchase of one of our programs and medical intake must be completed.

• Are the medications Adaptive prescribe FDA approved?

- Adaptive offers comprehensive weight loss protocols, incorporating both FDA-approved and "off-label" medications with proven efficacy and safety. Our customizable approach gives you the best chances of success.
